Coordinator (Asst. Supt.)-Monitored subcontractor in site related activities on 24 month, 50+ million dollar, 19 building federal prison in central PA. Also acted as an office engineer processing submittals, documentation requests, material ordering and monitoring, change order price quotation. Updated computerized CPM scheduling system (Aldergraph). Monitored quantities for cost accounting.
The challenge of this project was the size and short term contract. Our company was the first in the history of our client to meet the time requirements of a project of this kind. The client was so happy with our performance, it awarded us a similar project near by.
