Construction, Schedule, and Cost Engineer-In December 03, I was employed as the schedule engineer on the American Embassy, Project in Beijing China, a two-hundred seventy-five million dollar joint venture project with H. B. Zachry. I was responsible for the conversion of the initial project schedule to the detail project schedule. In May 04, I transferred to the job site where I was responsible for monthly progress reporting and client and subcontractor billings. Each month, the site schedule was transmitted to the main office for incorporation into the main project schedule. Also performed some shop drawing review, computer maintenance and software installation.

In October 06, I was assigned to the Caddell home office working with the support staff on a successful $30 million dollar claim against the Client.

In July 07, I returned to the China job site adding change order cost estimating to my list of responsibilities as primary scheduler. I’ve estimated approximately five million dollars in change notices and three months of time extensions.

In September 08, I returned to San Antonio to assist in the CAD production of as-built drawings along with cost estimating and scheduling.

At the time of its' inception, this project was the largest embassy for the client. It's five distinct stages along with the security requirements made it truly challenging.
